Budget PCs

PCs for the budget conscious. We use the top brands for reliability. These PCs are fine for browsing the internet, social networking on Facebook, Twitter, etc, emailing, watching DVDs and Youtube, listening to iTunes, organizing your photos, writing and printing letters and documents.

These are optimised for family use. These will do everything that Budget PCs will do but there is more room for storing everybody's music, videos, photos etc and more memory means more users can be logged on at once.

Gaming PCs

These are optimised for general and graphics performance. If you or any member of your family plays a real time and/or online games with highly demanding graphics requirements, or if you just want a powerful computers, then you need a gaming PC. These will perform all the tasks of basic and family PCs, but will do so faster and they will of course be able to handle the demands of the latest shoot-em-up.

Personal Service

From your first contact with us you will know who you are dealing with and who to call throughout the entire purchase process. We will personally deliver your equipment and set it up for you if you require. Then if you experience any problems or need any advice, just contact us and we will be glad to help.

Own Brand

We build our own PCs under the Finch brand. All Finch computers are built from the best quality, most up to date components from the best manufacturers.

As soon as construction of your Finch PC has been completed it is rigorously tested for faults using professional diagnostic software, Eurosoft PC-Check. Any defective parts are replaced. This gives you peace of mind that you are not going to have to send your PC back for repair as soon as you've received it.

How to Use the Online Catalogue

Simply click on one of the buttons running down the left hand side of the page. Then select an item by clicking on its photo. This will bring up more details about the item you have selected. If you like what you see, add it to your shopping cart using the appropriate button. When you are ready to check out you can do this by returning to the shopping cart page using the button at the top right of the page.

Delivering Your Computer Equipment

We can personally deliver, install and configure all our computer equipment to customers within England & Wales. National carrier delivery is also available if you prefer. Delivery is FREE. Installation, if required costs £45. If you wish to avail yourself of our personal delivery service, we can also take away any old computer equipment for recycling and environmentally responsible disposal which conforms to EU WEEE and data protection regulations.

Payment

We prefer credit card payment by using our shopping cart pages linking to Paypal. However we do also offer a COD service for customers requiring our installation service. Acceptable forms of COD payment include cash, Postal Order and Bankers Draft, but not credit card or personal cheque. Warranties

One year return to base warranty is provided for any equipment that fails of its own accord.

End of life disposal

You may wonder what to do with your PC at the end of its life. Please do not throw it in the rubbish. Every PC contains toxic heavy metals that should not end up in a landfill. You are welcome to return it to us for recycling and environmentally responsible disposal which conforms to EU WEEE and data protection regulations. If you are within 50 miles of Wokingham, call us and we will pick it up. Alternatively contact your local council to find out how you may dispose of your PC correctly.
